What is the Cookie Diet?

The “Cookie Diet” was created in 1975 by Dr. Sanford Siegal. Throughout the 33 years of it’s existence, it has been attacked by critics and downplayed by skeptics. But one fact remains certain: The Cookie Diet is still here, and it’s only growing in popularity.
