The best way to go about doing cardio is to make it as exciting as possible. You want to do different periods of cardio workouts. What do I mean? Doing just one thing can become boring, and its often the least effective. However when you combine certain cardio workouts you not only have more fun doing your workout, but you also lose weight a lot faster, and more effectively.
