Dieting products are ever increasing, and so is obesity and weight related problems. You would think that with so many diets available the problem would be getting better not worse. But this is not the case. As an overweight guy who has struggled myself, I”m convinced that something else besides just over eating is the culprit, and believe that emotional eating is the most common cause of our weight problems. Knowing what is right is one thing, and doing it is something totally different. I have exercised self destructive eating behavior for years, and never really knew why. I also didn’t know how to stop it. I am at least aware now of what I”m doing, and it is making a difference in my efforts for successful dieting.
