Five years ago while searching the internet for information on drug addiction, I came across a compelling narrative by Heiko Ganzer, LCSW, CASAC, of Phoenix Psychotherapy, called “I Am Your Disease.” This narrative tells in horrifying detail, why drug addicted people cannot Just Say No. Read how the Addiction Monster hijacks people’s brains and takes over their mind, body, and soul.
