Doesn’t it just annoy you that when you want to start losing weight and you just can’t seem to curb your appetite? It really used to annoy me too. Especially when after a long week of dieting I just sit down on the couch to watch television and I find myself frustrated because I can’t seem to stop eating junk food. Sometimes I even get to the point of hating myself because my inability to put on a good dieting regiment together.
