Does Chocolate Help in Age Prevention and Disease?

Does chocolate help in age prevention and disease? “A common molecular denominator in aging and many age-related diseases is oxidative stress,” says a leader in the Harvard University study on cocoa, like that found in Xocai chocolate. The skin of a bitten apple will begin to brown because of its exposure to oxygen. This is an excellent metaphor for the damage that oxidative stress is causing to neurons and other types of cells in our bodies over time.
